A Charlotte father is accused of killing his 6-month-old daughter, the Charlotte Mecklenburg police said.Police responded to Southern Comfort Inn on Tuckaseegee Road in reference to an infant who was not breathing. She was rushed to CMC-Main where hospital staff pronounced her deceased.
Police had since then been investigating Todd Broderick and his wife, Krishay Mouzon. The mother has not been charged.Investigators have charged Todd Boderick with murder. They say he assaulted the infant which caused her death.
Court records show prosecutors dismissed child abuse charges against the couple in 2010, because of a lack of evidence.Eventhough there was evidence that child was “seriously injured” and its injuries not “accidental”.
That child, now age 2- is living with his grandmother.
