Even the Amish are not immune to doing very evil things, and that evil includes molesting their own children. Johnny Schwartz (36)  was charged last month with numerous sex offense charges related to the  alleged ongoing molestation of his daughters.  His wife, Fannie Schwartz has also been charged for not reporting the abuse of the girls to the authorities. This serves her just right for telling the investigators that the molestation of her “didn’t bother her like it should have.” Wow, there’s got to be some cow this woman has milked that’s a better mother than she is!

When questioned, the children told the investigators that their father had benn shunned by the church for molesting them, and that he had told them he was “sorry but could not stop.”

Well, now that dad has been charged with several counts of statutory sodomy and child molestation, and will be in jail, I know he will stop now.

Harrison, Arkansas-

Police have arrested husband and wife,
Tommie J. Barber Sr (38) and Anna Barber (54) following an investigation into a complaint of child neglect.

The couple are accused of basically holding their children an 8 and 10 year old) captive in their home, and rarely allowing them outside. Investigators say the children were…

 kept in a small room with the windows borded shut and the doors padlocked from the outside.

When the children were allowed to be outside, their parents would chain them to to a tire.

The children lived in filth, stayed in a borded up room with a padlock. These children were forced to use a potty chair to  go to the bathroom. They have not attended any school, and are not able to read and write.  Due to the children being so isolated, or hidden from the rest of society–DHS didn’t know these children even existed,they said.

The parents have been charged with 2 counts of endangering the welfare of  minors, bond was set at 1o,ooo and for some reason, these monsters have been allowed out on bond, and did so within hours of being charged. What a way  to show the children of your state you care about them Arkansas!

Feltonville, Pennsylvania-

Charleeni, 10

At 10 years old, and a fifth grader at Feltonville Intermediate Charleeni Ferreira’s life was tragically cut short, and the people responsible, say police-are her father Domingo Ferreira (53) and step-mother, Margarita Garabito (43).

Police say that the child was found unresponsive on a floor in her home at around 10:00pm Weds. night. She was rushed to St. Christopher’s Hospital, and later pronounced dead.  The Medical Examiner said when Charleeni was examined, he found she suffered numerous injuries to her body, including:

•  a 7 inch gash in her head, hideously concealed by a hair weave and filled with gauze tape
• a broken arm
• a broken pelvis
• healed and fresh bruises from possibly years of abuse

The medical examiner also concluded that the cause of  death was, pneumonia resulting from blunt-force trauma to her ribs, which collapsed them. There was also evidence of sexual abuse to the child but no charges filed for this on the parents.

Police said that the Department of Human Services had been to Charleeni’s home before, back in 2006 and again in 2007, but due to confidentiality laws couldn’t elaborate on this. 

But if the DHS won’t talk, Charleeni’s friends certainly are. Some of them talked specifically to Action News and one revealed that Charleeni  “confided in her about the abuse at home, saying that:

Her stepmom would pull her hair, and did so many mean things to her. 

About the sexual abuse, another  of her young friends, said:

Her stepbrother told Charleeni, You better come upstairs because I need to talk to you, and he raped her up in her bedroom.

 

Two other people living in the home – Garabito’s 16-year-old and 19-year-old sons – showed no signs of abuse, ( but did they or 1 of them abuse this child?!!) 

Neighbors and several classmates held a prayer vigil, bringing candles, stuffed bears and bright balloons in her memory. Her father and stepmother are charged with murder reckless endangerment.

“It was unclear how long Charleeni had been abused, but the seven-inch gash on her forehead was so old that skin had begun to grow over the gauze, officials said.

In 2006, a nurse at Charleeni’s previous school, Clara Barton Elementary, was adamant that the girl was being abused, according to sources familiar with the case.

After the nurse’s first report in October of that year, DHS took the child to a pediatrician specializing in child abuse, but the doctor could not substantiate the claim.”

A clueless doctor+friends that knew of abuse and sadly not telling, add in the DHS errors= a recipe for the death of a child. Rest in peace Chareeni.

Mooresville, NC-

Matthew Hess

Matthew Hess, the father who  suddenly took off with his 2 adopted daughters, an 11 year old and a 9-month-pregnant 12 year old, from their home is now facing additional charges. 

The 40-year-old  is now charged with indecent liberties with a child, first degree rape and felony incest between near relatives. Hess was already charged with child neglect and 2 counts of contributing to the deliquency of a minor. He was said to be under scrutiny from a DSS investigation in Lincoln County, and moved to Iredell county recently (probably in a failed attempt to dodge the investigation there).

The girl’s mother Jeanette Hess reported them missing back onback on September 23rd, when she found out the girls never made it to school that day and that the 12-year-old daughter missed an important medical procedure she was supposed to have.

Was baby bump evidence of sexual abuse?

 Could the medical procedure involved a DNA test to expose Matthew as the unborn child’s father? ( there were whispers everywhere on the internet that this was the case).

An Amber Alert was eventually issued for the three, and the girls were found unharmed by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (thanks to an observant motorist who recognized the vehicle they were traveling in). Well, the THP arrested Mr. Hess  for his little disappearing act with the children and Hess was transferred to the Iredell jail under a rediculously low’JOKE bond of $12,000-eventhough he is considered a flight risk, and allegedly raped and impregnated his 12-year-old child. Way to go Iredell County, NC!

I guess child victims are not at the top of your list of  importance, and if anyone ever wonders why victims of sex abuse and incest don’t tell,–please take a look at this man’s bond! He could be out walking the  streets by now and then what? This is just too ridiculous for words!

I pray that the girl’s are placed into a loving protective family andthat will make sure they are able to assist them with counseling and and get thru the rest of their childhood, or what is left of it.

Outside family home

Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi said there’s little question that a mother strangled her 4-year-old daughter and then tried to kill the girl’s 6-year-old sister.

Jenny Lizette Erazo-Rodriguez did what she did.Erazo-Rodriguez has been charged with murder, attempted murder and endangering the welfare of a child. She’s being held on a $1 million bail.

Bianchi says the woman’s husband had been gardening Sunday morning and became concerned when the girls did not come out of the house to greet him like they normally did. He says the husband went inside and found the older girl to be disoriented and lethargic. When he found the 4-year-old lying in her bedroom, he rushed both girls outside and asked for help from a neighbor who is a nurse.The 4-year-old was pronounced dead at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

Terrible.

There is no reason to kill a little child like that then go after the sister?, and there must be more to this story, a mother isn’t kind and loving one day-then takes the life of her preschooler with her bare hands the next. There needs to be more to this story.

Mansfield, Mass.-

Kris Griffin

35-year old Kristopher Griffin is being held in a mental hospital for an evaluation for the death of his little daughter Kaitlynn Griffin, age 6. Police say that the

 man crept into the home of his former girlfriend  and, believing he was acting on God’s orders, slit their 6-year-old daughter’s throat.

 

 

 The note specifically asked for “forgiveness forsending Katie to heaven.”

When police arrived at the scene, they found  Mr.Griffin walking down the street barefoot with blood on his face and shirt. Sadly they also found his daughter Kaitlynn, dead in the basement of the home.  She had been covered with a sheet and her throat had been slit.

When police asked him if he had harmed anyone, he said that he had killed his little girl.  In a bizarre ‘explanation’, Griffin explained “that the only way he could save her, according to God, was to murder her.” Griffin,who had recently separated from the girl’s mother, then begged cops to shoot him.

Now if only the cops would have taken him up on his offer, it would only be right, the 6 -year-old child, I am quite certain, wanted to live to be 7. Griffin is the one who had a death wish, he could have just taken himself out and left the child out of it.  Why take the children with you?Rest in peace Kaitlynn.

Her kids were left alone and ate dog food

A 20-year-old mother  was arrested and charged with child neglect and endangerment after police found her 1 and 3-year-old children at home alone.  One of the children was discovered in a kitchen pantry, hungrily chowing down on dog food.

Neighbors in Samantha Abernathy’s complex took action and called the police after seeing the children wandering around the complex unsupervised.  When the police arrived, they found the apartment door wide open, and thru a walk through of the apartment, noticed the urine and feces-stained walls in the children’s bedrooms. The kitchen had a fridge stocked with alcohol but little to no food for the children to eat. 

When mom finally got home, she had no real explanation for leaving a  2 and 3 year old home alone at 2 am, but told officers that she had to go and “help and ex-boyfriend” (help him do what exactly? ) Oh yeah… when Abernathy finally dragged herself home, it was already 10:00 am.

I swear people should just give their kids up for adoption if they do not plan to make at least 1/2 a decent effort to be a parent. I mean, if you claim to be a mother and your fridge is stocked with more  Miller Light then MILK-needless to say, yup, your prioritites are severely screwed up! Samantha Abernathy’s been charged with child endangerment and child neglect (2 felony  cts. each) and her bond was $2,700.

So… basically she’s out already, and maybe enjoying one of those beers with the ex she had to go help at 2am?

Long Island, New York-

Police on Long Island have thrown these three in jail for the  cruel neglect and abuse of three small children.  After getting a complaint about possible abuse of the children,  police found the grandmother 37-year-old (37 and a grandma- that’s just downright silly!!) Tara Graham, of Bay Shore with a 20-month old boy, her grandson and the son of Alisha Graham and Hector Tricoche (32) covered with human feces walking around in the  disgusting  home. Grandma reportedly gave the cops an attitude  and would not cooperate-so she was quickly arrested and Child Protection Services took the boy into custody.

 Later, since Hector and Alisha were M.I.A. the police and CPS worker  set out to find them, as well as the other two children.

Police located Hector and Alisha in a car at a gas station. When they searched the vehicle, they found Tricoche’s nieces who were

bruised, and battered, while special victims detectives were examining the 6-year-old girl, they noticed the lethargic 13-month-old girl in a blanket covered with debris in the back of the car. The two girls are the nieces of  Tricoche and were taken to the hospital for futher exams and treatment.

Alicia Graham was arrested and charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Tricoche was arrested and charged with child endangerment, while Tara was charged with child endangerment,obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest. Here’s hoping that was the last day these three will ever

see these kids and that  parental rights are snatched up like an abandoned purse on a subway train.

The body of a 3-year-old girl has been recovered from the river, according to the Star-Ledger. They are still searching for the child’s uncle who is suspected of throwing her off the bridge.
